The following packaging products and materials require CUTR certification (EAC Declaration of Conformity):
Metal packaging: Cans, drums, boxes, cases, bottles, bags, and other packaging used for food, cosmetics, industrial products, and household purposes in sales, retail, or trade sales.
Polymer packaging: Shells, films, boxes, drums, packaging drums, cans, bottles, bags, containers, trays, cardboard boxes, cups, tea cans, and other packaging materials used for packaging purposes in sales, retail, or trade sales, as well as for storing food, agricultural products, industrial products, and household items, including light industrial products and toys.
Packaging paper and cardboard: boxes, bundles, cans, packaging bags, mail bags, and tray boxes, including packaging parchment, glass, grease-proof paper, packaging paper, and parchment packaging, used for food, agriculture, cosmetics, product industries, and household purposes, including packaging for light industrial products and toys.
Glass packaging: bottles, jars, materials, bundles, handbags, luggage, small bottles and jars, packaging and labelling materials, containers, trays, tubes, cups, and frames, used for packaging food, perfumes, cosmetics, industrial products, and household items.
Wooden packaging: boxes, barrels, drums, and bath tubs, except for packaging for personal use of grain and agricultural products.
Textile material packaging: bags, boxes, containers, except for packaging for personal use of grain and non-grain products.
Ceramic packaging: bottles, jars, barrels, packaging for food, perfumes, and cosmetics.
Caps: metal closures (bottle stoppers, lids, caps, including crown caps, screw caps, and filled caps, for food, perfumes, and cosmetics), leather closures (stoppers, sealing gaskets, for food, perfumes, and cosmetics), polymer closures (bottle stoppers, caps, lids, dispensers, sealing gaskets, valves, for food, perfume, and cosmetics, as well as household chemicals and paint materials), integrated closures (bottle stoppers, caps, sealing gaskets, for food, perfume, and cosmetics), paper bottle openers (die-cut lids, sealing gaskets, for sealed food product packaging).
Additionally, packaging for food (including infant food), perfumes and cosmetics, and toys must also undergo EAC conformity declaration.
