State registration certificate for food products
Sanitary Government Registration (SGR) for food products, passing the border of the Customs Union and distributing throughout its territory, is a confirmation of its safety. The basic document that defines the rules of Sanitary Government Registration for food products is a horizontal regulation of the Customs Union "On food safety" (TR CU 021 2011).

According to Art. 21 of this document, the state registration of food products is carried out for special and new products.

Specialized food products shall be considered the following:

Baby food;
Products for dietary therapeutic and preventive nutrition;
Sports nutrition;
Nutrition for pregnant and lactating women;
Biologically active additives;
Flavors;
Plant extracts for flavoring substances;
Enzyme preparations;
Products produced using genetically modified substances;
In addition, Sanitary Government Registration is subject to

natural and mineral water,
bottled water, packaged in a container;
tonics.
Since July 2013 alcoholic beverages, raw materials for the production of dietary supplements, organic products are not subject to SGR.

In accordance with the technical regulations "On food safety" for state registration of products the applicant provides a statement and documents proving that the goods meet safety requirements of technical regulations and the technical regulations of the Customs Union.

In order to get state registration certificate for food products are required the following documents:

Application form written by the manufacturer or the seller (with a power of attorney from manufacturer) to get State registration certificate;
Copies of the documents, according to which originates food production - GOSTs, TU, etc .;
Declaration about presence in food products of genetically modified substances, nano-materials, pesticides, hormones;
Instructions and guidelines of the product;
Copy of the documents confirming the quality and safety of the product;
Copies of labels and layouts;
Copies of documents permitting the product distributing in the country of origin;
Expert test protocols, expert conclusion;
Copies of the documents on the import of test examples of product at territory of the Customs Union.
