Customs Union State Registration Certificate
List of products, which are subject to Sanitary Government Registration, is contained in the document of the Commission of the Customs Union from 28.05.2010 - in the "Single List of goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control) at the territory of the Customs Union."

To find out whether your product is subject for state registration is possible through the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS).

Here you can download the list of product for State Registration Certificate.

State Government Registration is necessary for the following products:

Mineral, drinking water, bottled water in various containers;
Low-alcohol, alcoholic beverages, tonic drinks and beer;
Specialized food products, dietary nutrition, baby food and sports nutrition, food for pregnant and lactating women;
Dietary supplements and other nutritional supplements, organic products;
Food products containing genetically modified (transgenic) ingredients;
Flavorings, food with bacterial starter cultures, enzymes;
Household chemicals and personal care products;
Perfumes and cosmetics;
Goods for children (up to 3 years);
Equipment and installations for the preparation of drinking water, which are used in the field of water supply;
Hazardous substances that are included in the international list, as well as substances that are potentially dangerous for the environment and people;
Products which are in contact with food.
All other products, which are absent in the list of SGR certification, does not require a certificate of state registration.
