Necessary documents

To assess the compliance of machines and (or) equipment the applicant shall compile a package of documentation on the machines and (or) equipment confirming compliance with the safety requirements of this Technical Regulation, that includes:

• application for certification;
• copies of representative’s constitutive documents (Certificate of registration, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Persons (ЕГРЮЛ in Russian) and the Main State Registration Number (ОГРН in Russian);
• a copy of the agreement on assignation of powers between the manufacturer and manufacturer's authorized representative;
• safety justification;
• technical specifications (if any);
• operational documents;
• list of standards (from the List of standards specified in Article 6 of this TR CU), the requirements of which must be met by these machines and (or) equipment (if they are applied by the manufacturer);
• contract (supply contract) or shipping documents (for a batch of equipment or unit equipment);
• certificate of conformity of the manufacturer’s quality management system (if available);
• information of carried out researches (if any);
• test reports of a machines and (or) equipment carried out by a manufacturer, a seller, a person executing functions of a foreign manufacturer and (or) testing laboratories (centres) (if any);
• certificates of conformity of materials and components or their test reports (if any);
• certificates of conformity of machines and (or) equipment received from foreign certification bodies (if any);
• other documents directly or indirectly confirming compliance of machines and (or) equipment with the safety requirements of this Technical Regulation (if any).
