The technical regulation TR EAEU 036/2016 On requirements for the gaseous fuel covers liquid hydrocarbon gases which are marketed as fuel for private and industrial use and contains the binding safety requirements. It is used to prevent misleading actions regarding their intended use and safety against the consumer.

Application area
The TR EAEU sets the mandatory safety requirements for liquid hydrocarbon gas with respect to the processes of storage, transport and sale thereof in order to ensure free circulation in the Customs Union.
The conformity assessment process
The conformity assessment with the requirements of the Technical Regulation TR EAEU 036/2016 takes place in the form of the EAC Declaration.

The accompanying documents contain information on:
gas type and class of goods
explosiveness
possible danger for life
the appropriate warnings
fire extinguishing agents
EAC marking
The products declared according to TR EAEU 036/2016 On requirements for the gaseous fuel shall be marked with the EAC marking.
Period of validity of the EAC Declaration
The EAC Declaration for oil and fat products is valid for 3 years.
