General information

In accordance with the course adopted by Ukraine for European integration, a transition is now underway from certification of products under the UkrSEPRO system to confirmation of its compliance with technical regulations.

A technical regulation is a regulatory legal act that establishes product characteristics or related processes and production methods, including the relevant procedural provisions, the observance of which is mandatory. It may also include or only contain requirements for terminology, designation, packaging, labeling or labeling to the extent they are applied to the product, process or method of production. A normative legal act with signs of a technical regulation is considered a technical regulation regardless of the use of the words “technical regulation” in the title of such an act (Law of Ukraine “On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment”)

Conformity assessment procedures

Module A1 - internal production control and controlled product testing
