俄罗斯GOST-R Declaration认证申请必须的资料：

1、申请表，说明书或操作手册，产品照片（标签铭牌，产品外包装和内包装，产品照片，产品内部结构照片，产品标示和警告标记）， ISO9001证书，其他测试报告/或CB或CE证书和报告

2、俄罗斯公司信息-进口商营业执照（Огрн）2）税务总局签发的企业税务登记证（инн/ kпп）,公司详细信息（名称、法定地址、总经理、电话，传真、邮件）

认证时间：电子版证书1-2周，正本再1-2周后从俄罗斯寄到中国来；

证书年费：无；

样品测试：我可以没有样品测试

工厂审核：必要时需要；
